In this role, you will inspect and test incoming materials and in-process and finished parts to ensure compliance with our high standards and customer requirements. You'll work closely with production teams and play a critical part in identifying and stopping non-conforming products.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and final assemblies per control plans </li><li>Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and advanced equipment (CMM) </li><li>Maintain accurate inspection records and quality logs </li><li>Communicate effectively with operators and supervisors to ensure quality standards are met </li><li>Document and report any non-conformances and take appropriate corrective action </li><li>Ensure cleanliness and order in QC areas </li><li>Exercise authority to stop production when necessary to maintain quality </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a metal stamping or machining environment </li><li>Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality </li><li>Reliable, proactive, and collaborative approach </li></ul> <p>Join a company that values integrity, precision, and teamwork.
