You'll own and deliver a high-impact project aligned to your team's priorities. Summer Internship Program, you'll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives aligned to the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.</p> <p>With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you'll take ownership of a project that's been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team's goals.</p> <p>As a Strategy Intern, you'll partner to develop elements of NIKE, Inc.'s global long-term growth strategy. Check out our recap video from last summer: Nike Internship Program Recap Video</p> <p>WHAT YOU BRING:</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enrolled in an MBA program or Master's program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or other experience developing the skills defined below</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years work experience strongly preferred</p> </li><li></li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience leading multiple simultaneous projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a positive, can-do attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analyses, and distill results into actionable insights</p> </li></ul> <p>This internship - as well as full-time positions - are located in-person at the NIKE, Inc.
