This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment readiness, efficient logistics, and seamless day-to-day operations that support project timelines and business goals.</p> <p>If you enjoy solving problems, leading teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.</p> <p>Role Description</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily operations across maintenance, yard, and logistics functions </li><li>Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to meet production demands </li><li>Manage transportation planning, routing, and delivery coordination </li><li>Support and develop the lead, drivers, and other team members </li><li>Partner with internal teams to align priorities and ensure execution </li><li>Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime </li><li>Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/repaired and operating effectively </li><li>Monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational reporting </li><li>Assist with hiring, training, and performance management </li><li>Help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment </li></ul> <p>Key Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, maintenance, or a related field </li><li>Bachelor's degree in production, logistics, or a related field </li><li>Ability to manage and quickly respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills </li><li>Effective communication and team collaboration abilities </li><li>Experience working with equipment in transportation or production environments is a plus </li><li>Able to meet physical demands including material handling and extended periods of standing and movement </li><li>Proficiency with standard business tools and systems, including technology </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Primarily based in a production/shop and yard environment </li><li>Regular interaction with equipment, materials, weather, and active work zones </li><li>Schedule typically aligns with first shift, with flexibility required based on operational needs </li><li>Occasional extended hours or after-hours support will be needed </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to lead and shape critical operational functions </li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented environment </li><li>Dynamic work with variety and real impact on day-to-day operations </li></ul>
