Join a team where the focus is on best practices in Dementia care for the seniors we serve.</p> <p>As the Health Services Director (RN or LPN), your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents; and you will coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff. Duties may include (but are not limited to) meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities.
