It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in.</p> <p>It's all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee day to day activities at the ecommerce content studios, which consists of:</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinating the process of sample intake, item setup in the PIM system, and adhering to FIFO best practices for content capturing.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication with our external retouching team to ensure our guidance is comprehended and well-executed.</p> </li><li> <p>QC all post-production ecommerce photography and mark up corrections as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the asset delivery integrity across our digital asset management system and our PIM system.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with omnichannel business partners to strategically plan and execute content capturing for each seasonal set, inline product refreshes, and evergreen products.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with our internal allocations team to determine correct quantities of samples to be sent weekly to the ecommerce studio based on the workload capacity.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing Content, eCommerce background, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand in eCommerce. </li><li>You can execute creative direction. </li><li>You are a creative, detail-oriented problem solver in the product content space </li><li>Be ready to shoot at a moment's notice for any last-minute ad-hoc photography production needs. </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or visualization software are a must. </li><li>Strong aesthetic and design skills with an ability to interpret brand standards. </li><li>Proven strength in problem analysis and creative problem solving. </li><li>Strong organizational skills. </li><li>Act and work with a sense of urgency. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. </li><li>Photography experience is a plus. </li><li>Experience in Creative Force is a plus. </li><li>Experience in Bynder is a plus. </li><li>Experience in Salsify is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
