<p>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</p> <ul> <li>Handle and identify material </li><li>Daily follow-up of all warehouse related functions </li><li>Conduct inventory transactions in MRP system </li><li>Cross train in other departments </li><li>Fulfilling planned orders correctly and in a timely manner </li><li>Combining component materials into kits </li><li>Responsibility for quality of kits </li><li>High productivity in completion of kits </li><li>Work with others to complete kits quickly </li><li>Must perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by Company, federal, state, and local provisions </li><li>Must be able to identify locations </li></ul> <p>For This Role, You Will Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent experience required </li><li>Communication Skills </li><li>Dexterity </li><li>Detailed oriented with ability to follow specific instructions </li><li>Willingness to learn about different kitting cells and functions </li><li>Able to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements </li><li>Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items </li><li>Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day </li><li>Place tools into kits with hands; close packaging or case with limited force </li><li>Place kits into shipping box, which may require bending or stooping </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</p> <ul> <li>Basic computer skills </li></ul> <p>Our Culture & Commitment to You</p> <p>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
