<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Senior Program Analyst to support the U.S. Air Force's Advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Branch within the Persistent Multi-Role RPA Division (AF/A3UQ) in Arlington, VA. This role provides high-level programmatic and operational support to senior Air Force, Joint Staff, and OSD leadership on all matters related to advanced RPA capabilities.</p> <p>Location: Arlington, VA</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Brief senior leaders across the Air Force, Joint Staff, and OSD on advanced RPA programs </li><li>Provide daily operational and strategic support to HQ AF and Joint Staff on deployment and employment of special capabilities </li><li>Coordinate with HQ Air Combat Command and other stakeholders on advanced RPA issues </li><li>Prepare and deliver briefings and documentation to senior USAF leadership regarding organizing, training, and equipping special capabilities </li><li>Maintain access to and utilize AIS systems across classification levels (Unclassified through TS/SCI and ACCMs) </li><li>Represent USAF equities in education, training, exercises, planning, and execution forums </li><li>Maintain personal training and eligibility for duties involving special access programs and classified operations </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI</p> </li><li> <p>U.S. Citizenship required</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 15+ years of relevant experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Master's degree with 13+ years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 15 years of experience supporting the Air Force and/or DoD</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 10 years of experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 15 years of experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting DoD operations, test and evaluation, or acquisition </li><li>Experience preparing materials for senior military and civilian leadership </li><li>Familiarity with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience and education) </li><li>Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave </li></ul> <p>Application Period: Opens on 07/17/2025, and will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date</p> <p>#LI-NJ1</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
