<p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>This position handles commercial, consumer, personal, real estate and SBA general loan operation</p> <p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Loan generation, funding and boarding </li><li>Reviews prepared loan documents by LOD staff and release it to branch </li><li>Reviews loan boarding and post review documents </li><li>Reviews demand requests and pay-offs </li><li>Reviews and follow up on the collaterals </li><li>Reviews daily loan report and make correction </li><li>Reviews participation payment holdover G/L </li><li>Reviews participation payment submission </li><li>Performs/back-up the note functions </li><li>Reviews daily loan advance and payment </li><li>Monitors collateral report and pending files </li><li>Handles charge off, down grade and non-accrual placement </li><li>Handles escrow disbursement </li><li>Handles monthly SBA 1502 report including late payment submission </li><li>Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training </li></ul> <p>SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, FASB, Federal and State regulations </li><li>Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing and documentation </li><li>Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure </li><li>Preferred experience with FIS </li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience specific to loan operations documentation & servicing </li><li>Bilingual in English and Korean preferred </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines </li><li>People management skill </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>We offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the salary range of $70,000 - $80,000. Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
