<p>As an Apprentice in HVAC Construction you will be performing all aspects of the duct installation process as well as assisting with Mechanical equipment installation.</p> <p>Job functions and duties(other duties may be assigned)</p> <p>Apprentice I-</p> <p>General areas of performance:</p> <p>Entry level duct installation</p> <p>Duct elevation math</p> <p>Set Finish</p> <p>Entry level plan reading</p> <p>Apprentice II-</p> <p>General areas of performance:</p> <p>Help Install Mechanical equipment</p> <p>General duct fabrication (transitions & offsets)</p> <p>Operate Forklift and lifts and obtain necessary certifications</p> <p>Train level's below</p> <p>Must show competency in:</p> <p>Ability to read plans and do a take off</p> <p>Familiarity with Scope of work and the contract</p> <p>Identification when a change order or RFI is needed</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>May act as a coach and mentor for Laborer's.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
