<p>Job Description</p> <p>Saint Luke's East is seeking a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse to support our Medical Intermediate and Medical Specialty floors on full-time night shifts. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across units during off-hours.</p> <p>Full-Time | Nights</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist the Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the units.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a positive, professional role model, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and sound decision-making skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a resource and mentor for staff, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous learning.</p> </li><li> <p>Support departmental functions including staff scheduling, record maintenance, staff development, and the execution of special projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.</p> </li></ul> <p>Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
