<p>Position: Weekend Operations Manager (Full-Time)</p> <p>Monogram Health is seeking a Weekend Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative needs for a specialized clinical team on Saturdays and Sundays. This role will provide direct oversight and supervision to Advance Practice Providers (APPs) assigned to support market and organizational growth targets. The Operations Manager supports Pods with onboarding, day-to-day calendar management, and offboarding of APPs and other clinical staff. This individual will be accountable for managing expense reports, staff time off requests, and ensuring staff members have the necessary equipment and PPE to perform their job. He/she must be extremely organized and detail oriented.</p> <p>This individual will be responsible for tracking and providing analytics to regional leaders on staff productivity and utilization, particularly for weekend shifts. The area performance manager will work closely with the other market managers and region general manager to support initiatives within their assigned area. He/she is a leader within their assigned area and will need to interface with clinicians daily to support operations and drive productivity.</p> <p>Experience in healthcare in care management, managed care and/or or home health environment are preferred. Must have experience analyzing performance and productivity.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff during weekend hours. </li><li>Coordinate hiring and exits as needed for assigned area. </li><li>Reviews individual performance to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and operational protocols, making changes or corrections as necessary. </li><li>Measure, track and report on staff productivity and utilization and proactively identify team members that are underperformers and outliers. </li><li>Coordinate scheduling updates between field based clinical team members and centralized scheduling team members. </li><li>Ensure timely review of milage tracking and expense reimbursement for staff members. </li><li>Assist in logistics operations involved with distributing educational materials, biometric devices, productivity tools, and other physical materials to care management teams and health plan members. </li><li>Serves as a change champion, implements strategic priorities, and drives schedule optimization. </li><li>Fosters an engaging and supportive team culture that delivers results. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience is preferred. </li><li>BS/BA or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare, managed care, or related experience, which includes previous, lead or supervisory experience) is desired. </li><li>This position is remote but may require 25% travel within their given market. </li><li>Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (excluding holidays) is required. </li><li>Additional hours on Friday available as desired </li><li>Proven accountability for performance outcomes and exceptional organization skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative value-based provider organization that is transforming the delivery of kidney care. </li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance </li><li>Flexible paid leave and vacation policy </li><li>401(k) plan with matching contributions </li><li>About Monogram Health </li></ul> <p>Monogram Health is a next-generation, value-based chronic condition risk provider serving patients living with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease and their related metabolic disorders.
