<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: AAON Memphis - Memphis, TN</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $62,280.00 - $76,120.00 Salary</p> <p>Travel Percentage: Up to 25%</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Corporate Citizenship Coordinator will plan, develop, implement, and analyze corporate social responsibility initiatives and related activities to advance the mission and goals of the company.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities/Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Employee Engagement: Encourage team member engagement in internal and external activities and support employee appreciation events. </li><li>Community Engagement: Work with Corporate Citizenship Director to implement the Company's corporate social responsibility initiatives including volunteerism, charitable investments/contributions and community relations with nonprofits, education institutions, government entities and civic organizations. </li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal team members, nonprofits and government entities to advance corporate citizenship goals. Work with other team members and departments to promote corporate citizenship activities. </li><li>Reporting & Measurement: Track employee engagement and corporate social responsibility events and data. </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities/Activities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Support employer of choice initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison for the Corporate Citizenship team to assigned location/s to support the work of the Corporate Citizenship team</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between the Company and the community</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners and influencers to implement and reinforce social responsibility programs and policies</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties may be requested from time to time</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit work or related fields.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Must work well in a team environment.</p> </li></ol> <p>Essential Physical Functions:</p> <p>Sitting for prolonged periods</p> <p>Requires periodic visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.</p> <p>Lifting, pushing, pulling, loading and unloading required related to engagement and event activities.</p> <p>Some travel with overnight stays required</p> <p>Equipment or Software Knowledge or Skills:</p> <p>The qualified candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, especially, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.</p> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
