<p>Under the general direction of the Home Medical Equipment Manager, is responsible for performing all daily operational responsibilities of the rehabilitation program. Provides clinical and advisory support to coworkers, referral sources, and other health care agencies to ensure efficient operation of the business unit and appropriate provision of patient care.</p> <p>Education - Graduation from high school or the equivalent. Courses completed in power mobility, seating and positioning/ assessment required. Credentialed by RESNA. Must maintain ATP and RTS credentials in rehabilitation.</p> <p>Experience - At least two years' experience in rehab/mobility. Prefer one year experience in home care/DME, and one year ATP experience.</p> <p>Licensure/Certification - VMust have ATP credentialling. For use of Meritus Vehicles: Valid Driver's License, A driving record as required by law for vehicle expected to operate. No record of moving violations in the past three years is preferred. Certified copy of driving record is required to be provided by team member annually on date of birth. Acknowledgement with signature to "Attestation A" of Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Mastery of patient assessment, treatment, and communication skills.</p> <p>Caring for Our Team</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
