This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.</p> <p>What we do: </p> <p>The Director of Human Resources will lead Supernal's HR function, driving strategic initiatives that align with business objectives while delivering operational excellence. This role demands a results-oriented HR professional with proven experience implementing HRIS systems, leading high-performing teams, and influencing executive decision-making in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The Director of Human Resources will report to senior leadership and will partner with a global human resources team to ensure programs are optimized with the industry's best practices. This role requires the candidate to be present in the office 5 days a week. </p> <p>What you can do:</p> <ul> <li>HRIS Implementation & Technology Leadership: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of comprehensive HRIS platforms to streamline HR operations, enhance data analytics capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization </li><li>Team Leadership & Development: Build and manage a distributed HR team, fostering collaboration and driving results through effective leadership, clear accountability structures, and continuous professional development initiatives </li><li>Executive Influence & Strategic Partnership: Partner with C-suite executives and senior leadership to develop workforce strategies that support business growth, providing strategic HR insights that directly influence organizational decisions and priorities </li><li>Performance Management Excellence: Design and implement robust performance management systems that drive measurable results, enhance accountability, and support career development while aligning individual performance with organizational goals </li><li>HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly within California's regulatory environment </li></ul> <p>What you can contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or related field; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred </li><li>20+ years HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles within high-growth or regulated industries </li><li>Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing HRIS systems </li><li>Proven track record leading and developing high-performing HR teams across multiple locations </li><li>Experience influencing C-suite executives and board-level decision-making on workforce strategies </li><li>Strong background designing performance management frameworks that deliver measurable business results </li><li>Aerospace, automotive, start-up, or technology sector experience is highly preferred </li><li>Up to 10% travel required </li></ul> <p>You may also be able to contribute:</p> <ul> <li>HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus </li></ul> <p>This role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategy at a cutting-edge aerospace company while driving organizational excellence through people-focused initiatives.</p> <p> </p> <p>Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
