The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, executing marketing strategies, and driving online sales growth. This role, reporting to the Director of Marketing, requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and online retail best practices.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee any online stores, ensuring product listings, descriptions, images, and content are optimized for SEO. </li><li>Work with Product Managers to refine product offerings across multiple online platforms. </li><li>Ensure A+ marketing content is displayed for IPS products to enhance customer engagement. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase online sales, including email marketing, promotions, and paid advertising. </li><li>Manage and optimize ad campaigns on search engines and social media to drive traffic and conversions. </li><li>Conduct competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and reviews to enhance the shopping experience. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation. </li><li>Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) to track website performance and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to optimize conversion rates and user experience. </li><li>Monitor and enforce Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) to maintain brand value and consistency. </li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with pricing strategies across different platforms. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or a related role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing best practices. </li><li>Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Magento. </li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in managing MAPP pricing policies. </li><li>Familiarity with A+ Content on Amazon and other online marketplaces. </li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Our Offer:</p> <p>We're a rapidly growing midsized company with a customer-centric mentality operating fast and lean.
