Through the Company's eight brands and the On-Demand virtual platform, XPLUS, Xponential Fitness continues to push its mission forward to make health and wellness accessible to everyone.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Xponential Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to support the transition of franchise studios during closures or ownership transfers. This role serves as a critical liaison between internal teams (Legal, Finance, Executive and Brand Leadership) and external stakeholders to ensure all required steps are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience across all parties and have a positive impact on overall brand performance while managing this process.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the central point of contact for franchise transitions including closures, sales, and ownership transfers </li><li>Coordinate communications and task completion across departments (Legal, Finance, Brand teams, etc.) </li><li>Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the developing SOP </li><li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates throughout each transition </li><li>Identify and escalate compliance risks or process bottlenecks as needed </li><li>Partner with the Legal team to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled before finalizing transitions </li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs and internal workflows for franchise transitions </li><li>Provide weekly reporting to leadership on active cases, pending items, and next steps </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary between $70,000 - $80,000 and bonus potential </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>This role is eligible for a monthly cell phone allowance </li><li>Empower is our 401k company.
