<p>The purpose of the Inventory Control Associate position is to service all aspects associated with the daily functional inventory control in the distribution center or warehouse; including moves, cycle counts, helping both inbound and outbound associates, processing damages and all discrepancy reconciliation.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform Cycle Counts </li><li>Process Damages </li><li>Report all Inbound Discrepancies to the Inventory Control Supervisor or Manager </li><li>Assist Operators with Any and All Discrepancies and System Issues </li><li>Prepare for and Assist with Annual Physical Inventory </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of or ability to learn?SAP </li><li>Knowledge or ability to learn HighJump Warehouse Advantage system and/or customer operating systems </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and 365) </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to?handle reoccurring problems </li><li>Basic math skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task. </li><li>Ability to perform work in a highly detailed and color-coded manner </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information </li><li>Strong verbal & written communication skills </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to work within a team </li><li>Ability to read labels and numbers </li><li>Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work without supervision </li><li>Ability to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>One year of previous warehouse administrative experience </li><li>Forklift experience, preferred </li><li>Leadership experience, a plus </li><li>WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) system experience, a plus </li><li>Prior RF Unit experience, a plus </li></ul> <p>Competitive Compensation</p> <p>We believe in rewarding excellence.
