<p>The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center is hiring an experienced Server/Trainer to take a leadership role in coordinating food service at events held in our beautiful ballrooms. Position is full-time, with both day and evening hours based on events. Must have weekend availability. Requires banquet server experience and the ability to coach staff to provide exceptional guest service. Wage $15/hr + gratuity. Fun perks like discounted water park admission and pet insurance.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Banquet server experience is required, preferably in a Captain or Trainer role. </li><li>Must have weekend availability. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate staff assignments, pace of service and teamwork.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in resolving guest concerns.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in room and buffet set up.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve plated food or buffet style for breakfast meetings, luncheons, weddings, banquets, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Restock banquet buffets.</p> </li><li> <p>Stand for the entire shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Lift and carry trays with 8-10 meals and serve them to guests; clear tables.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.
