This individual will be responsible for entering, overseeing and helping to resolve the cargo claims filed by customers of C. H. Robinson. The position requires the individual to work with a number of different C. H. Robinson network offices to assist in the resolution of claims that have been filed or amicably resolve situations in which product is damaged during transit.</p> <p>This position will begin with in-office training each day, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Acts as liaison between corporate and network offices to facilitate the gathering of information that will allow proper response to claim losses and legal documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes new claims and disseminates the claims to the appropriate insurance carrier.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and respond professionally and with a customer service mindset to email and voicemail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to help resolve daily problems that arise and bring the issue to a resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies exposures to the company and escalates accordingly on pending claims and litigation that may have an adverse impact on financials.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist customers in making arrangements with carrier to return goods and schedule inspections.
