CT technologist integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. # # Primary Position Responsibilities # 1. Perform CT scans, including patient positioning, scanner set-up, radiation exposure technique, image acquisition and post-processing. # 2. Follow all National Patient Safety Goals. # 3. Utilizes sterile technique and performs venipuncture and vascular access. # 4. Provide recordkeeping of patient history and symptoms. # 5. Review orders, explain procedure, answer questions and practice the principles of patient satisfaction. # 6. Assist physician in the performance of invasive and/or interventional CT procedures. # 7.
