You'll build the tools and provide the critical analysis to ensure we get the right product, to the right place, at the right time. Working in a fast-paced retail business, no day will be the same!</p> <p>You will be assigned a mix of core responsibilities as well as special projects which will optimize logistics operational performance, drive cost savings and build the necessary tools and capabilities to support our continued growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for 3PL building management </li><li>Facilitate weekly 3PL provider meetings and KPI reviews. </li><li>Manage exceptions and be the escalation point for all building/outbound issues </li><li>Continuously monitor freight volume and flow to ensure product arrives when needed. </li><li>Implement new supply chain processes and improve current processes to positively impact freight flow. </li><li>Influence business partners and be the face of TJX. </li><li>Be a part of strategic special projects. </li></ul> <p>Minimal Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain preferred with 5-7 years' of applicable experience MBA preferred. </li><li>Strong 3rd party management skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and excel skills. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.</p>
