We are looking for a Site Reliable Engineer to join our team and help us to:</p> <ul> <li>monitor, automate and improve the reliability, performance and availability of Software systems </li><li>perform application support on ServiceNow to identify issues within the code, working in partner-ship with other team members to resolve them within the agreed service level targets </li><li>maintain prod and test application environments by performing software releases and infrastructure updates, liaising with development and global support teams </li><li>minimize the manual efforts by identifying the scope for automation </li><li>define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements </li><li>build the team's capability though continuous knowledge sharing and write technical documentation and effectively communicate with business and technical partners in everyday tasks (new requirements, Incidents, requests, reports of ongoing activities, etc.,) </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.
