We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.</p> <p>This is a remote position but must live in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>The Market Director, Business Partner supports the overall business plan as aligned by the organization, specifically in the areas of employee relations, regulatory requirements, Human Resource Director competency & performance management and executes on HR strategy and initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a strategic partner to the Division AVP of Human Resources, Facility Officers and other leadership team members. </li><li>Coach and mentor facility HR teams in driving positive employee experiences to create highly engaged employees. </li><li>Influences business decisions with data driven recommendations/solutions. </li><li>Serves as a matter expert in specialized HR functions and supports the execution of the human resource strategy. </li><li>Supports the local HR departments by serving as a liaison and advocate with the Health Support Center. </li><li>Operates independently to ensure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company. </li><li>Drives compliance and consistency across the hospital system including HR policies, processes, and procedures. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.</p> <p>Experience: 7 years of HR related experience in Acute Care</p> <p>Why choose us:</p> <p>As a team member of the Health Support Center, our goal is to support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members.
