<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Date Available: Commencing with the 2025-2026 school year.</p> <p>Schedule: Contract salary is based on 181 days per school year with additional hours in the summer. A work schedule will be agreed upon with school administration but will primarily be based on the needs of the school.</p> <p>Salary: School nurses are part of the non-certified staff bargaining unit. Salary in accordance with bargaining unit contract. Salary range: $41.87/hour to $45.98/hour, depending on experience</p> <p>Ideal Candidate Possesses:</p> <ul> <li>BSN degree </li><li>Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of CT </li><li>Prior school nursing experience preferred </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality of student and employee records and information at all times </li><li>Ability to maintain clear, concise health records for students and staff </li><li>Ability to deliver direct clinical services to students and staff in a calm reassuring manner </li><li>Ability to understand the needs of young children </li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team </li><li>Ability to demonstrate initiative and use sound judgment </li></ul> <p>Applications will only be accepted online at the District Website: www.er9.org.</p> <p>A direct link to the application page is: http://www.applitrack.com/er9/onlineapp/</p> <p>Applications must include:</p> <ul> <li>Formal letter of application addressed to Kimberly Fox Santora, Principal </li><li>Resume </li><li>Copy of current CT R.N. or L.P.N.
