<p>Title: Vice President of Human Resources</p> <p>Location: Vancouver, WA</p> <p>Compensation: $120,000$140,000/year DOE</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to support and scale the HR function across a growing multi-location organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems, developing teams, and partnering closely with operational leadership.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <p>Lead and support organization-wide HR initiatives across multiple business entities</p> <p>Evaluate and improve HR systems, policies, processes, and workflows to support continued growth</p> <p>Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and risk management</p> <p>Partner with leadership teams to strengthen manager support, communication, and operational alignment</p> <p>Mentor and develop members of the HR team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture</p> <p>Support benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and high-level HR operational initiatives</p> <p>Help create scalable HR infrastructure while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations</p> <p>Bring fresh ideas, practical solutions, and proven experience from similarly sized organizations</p> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <p>Progressive HR leadership experience within a mid-sized, growth-oriented organization</p> <p>Strong operational and strategic HR experience across multiple functional areas</p> <p>Experience supporting multi-state operations preferred</p> <p>Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization</p> <p>Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills</p> <p>SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications strongly preferred</p> <p>Property management industry experience is a plus, but not required</p> <p>Why This Opportunity</p> <p>This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing organization where leadership values collaboration, innovation, and practical problem-solving.
