This role combines hands-on recruiting with data-driven team leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience managing 4+ recruiters, thrive in high-volume outbound recruiting, and be passionate about transforming mental healthcare.</p> <p>Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of 4-8 recruiters, implementing data-driven performance management </li><li>Carry a req load while managing team performance and upward reporting </li><li>Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and increase team efficiency </li><li>Provide coaching and mentorship to elevate your team's productivity and effectiveness </li><li>Manage ATS, Greenhouse, and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily </li><li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct outreach, job boards, social media, and referral networks </li><li>Partner with the leadership team and hiring managers to align on hiring targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in house </li><li>Proven track record of managing 4+ recruiters for at least two years </li><li>Demonstrated success in high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environments </li><li>Exceptional relationship-building abilities and consultative communication style </li><li>Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels </li><li>Strong analytical mindset for tracking metrics and optimizing recruitment processes </li><li>Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment </li><li>Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency </li><li>Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our Nashville office and located within 75 minutes' of the office </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.
