Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. We will count on your successful record of accomplishment in leadership and knowledge of warehouse equipment, applications, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to ensure a positive, engaged workforce and to keep our operations running smoothly.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure new hires are thoroughly trained, and ongoing training is provided to all employees to ensure their continued success </li><li>Support leadership and Human Resources to ensure DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs are embraced and valued </li><li>Oversee associates, manage work schedules, and ensure attendance is accurately recorded </li><li>Maintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment) </li><li>Provide reporting and take part in weekly and monthly business reviews </li><li>Analyze process improvements and rollout of the agreed next steps </li><li>Establishes a clear communication channel between our internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Make recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques, drive cost-saving initiatives, and track savings </li><li>Participate in or lead BRMs (Business Review Meetings) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews); provide and present KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to customer and business stakeholders </li><li>Meet with customer and key customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goals </li><li>Complete advanced and complicated tasks requiring considerable judgment, problem resolution, and independent analysis </li></ul> <p>Your Skills and Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>5+ years of warehousing experience </li><li>3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment </li><li>1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement </li><li>Knowledge of various production and quality systems </li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint </li><li>Can work overtime and weekends as needed </li></ul> <p>Good Reasons to Join</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
