Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Grows the fundraising program through the solicitation of gifts and management of an individual</p> <p>and/or institutional prospect portfolio. Meets fiscal year monetary goals.</p> <ul> <li>Develops and implements a formal plan to engage prospects in the Moves Management cycle through </li></ul> <p>identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates with data and research teams to identify prospects. Refines the prospect list throughout the </li></ul> <p>year based on qualifications.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with the foundation department leadership and the communications team to develop custom </li></ul> <p>solicitation materials, grants, impact reports, and donor communications.</p> <ul> <li>Implements tracking systems to manage and refine the donor pipeline and engagement throughout the fiscal </li></ul> <p>year.</p> <p>Complexity of Work:</p> <ul> <li>Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal </li></ul> <p>supervision.
