<p>Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer near Memphis, TN for a full-time role. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer works with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and roll-out equipment to production. The ideal candidate takes pride in their hands-on work, analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. This position is a great opportunity for growth and will offer a relocation bonus if the candidate is not local.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take equipment from a rough concept to full production. </li><li>Manage equipment suppliers or internal design teams through development and deployment milestones O PO release, FDR, FAT, SAT, SOP, Ramp. </li><li>Development station requirements (work content, automated versus manual, buffering strategy, redundancy requirements, etc.). </li><li>Work with industrial engineering to develop material flow strategy within factory. </li><li>Identify utilities needed and utility distribution strategy (PDPs, compressed air, process water, etc.). </li><li>Complete process failure mode and analysis (PFMEA). </li><li>Develop equipment timing charts. </li><li>Oversee equipment installation and coordinate with building and utilities team. </li><li>Develop equipment validation plans and execute them. </li><li>Create detailed Manufacturing Instructions to document new processes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Candidates who hold bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering OR equivalent. </li><li>Experienced manufacturing professionals with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Multiple new equipment design/installations. </li><li>Large manufacturing lines implementation. </li><li>Experience with industrial engineering concepts-such as line balancing and timing charts. </li><li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. </li><li>Experience designing mechanical equipment, fixturing, and tooling in CAD (SolidWorks preferred, Catia is also a plus). </li><li>Understanding of tolerance stack up. </li><li>Understanding manufacturing equipment safety systems (Safety PLCs, safety category requirements, robot safety, safety guarding, light curtains, LOTO, etc.). </li><li>PLC controls experience is a plus (Allen Bradley, Siemens, and/or Beckhoff). </li><li>Experience with MES and database system architecture and data tracking Python and/or MYSQL experience. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.</p> <p>Important Questions Answers Why this Matters:</p> <p>What is the overall</p> <p>deductible?</p> <p>$750 person/$1,500 family per calendar</p> <p>year.</p> <p>Generally, you must pay all the costs from providers up to the deductible amount</p> <p>before this plan begins to pay. If you have other family members on the plan, each family member must meet their own individual deductible until the total amount of</p> <p>deductible expenses paid by all family members meets the overall family deductible.</p> <p>Are there services covered</p> <p>before you meet your deductible?</p> <p>Yes. Well-child care, preventive care, innetwork</p> <p>prosthetic limbs and services</p> <p>subject to copayments are covered before you meet your deductible.</p> <p>This plan covers some items and services even if you haven't yet met the deductible amount. But a copayment or coinsurance may apply. For example, this plan covers certain preventive services without cost sharing and before you meet</p> <p>your deductible. See a list of covered preventive services at</p> <p>Are there other deductibles</p> <p>for specific services?</p> <p>Yes. $100 person/$200 family per calendar year for drug card, which does not apply to Tier 1 Rx. Drug card deductible does not</p> <p>apply to immunizations. There are no other specific deductibles.</p> <p>You must pay all of the costs for these services up to the specific deductible amount</p> <p>before this plan begins to pay for these services.</p> <p>What is the out-of-pocket</p> <p>limit for this plan?</p> <p>$2,500 person/$5,000 family per calendar year. The In-Network health and drug card</p> <p>out-of-pocket maximum amounts accumulate together.</p> <p>The out-of-pocket limit is the most you could pay in a year for covered services. If</p> <p>you have other family members in this plan, they have to meet their own out-ofpocket</p> <p>limits until the overall family out-of-pocket limit has been met.</p> <p>What is not included in the out-of-pocket limit?</p> <p>Premiums, balance-billed charges, and</p> <p>health care this plan doesn't cover.</p> <p>Even though you pay these expenses, they don't count toward the out-of-pocket limit.</p> <p>Will you pay less if you use a network provider?</p> <p>Yes.</p> <p>This plan uses a provider network. You will pay less if you use a provider in the plan's network. You will pay the most if you use an out-of-network provider, and you might receive a bill from a provider for the difference between the provider's charge</p> <p>and what your plan pays (balance billing). Be aware, your network provider might use an out-of- network provider for some services (such as lab work).
