Master's degree preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience. The role requires proficiency in statistics, SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving methodologies, as well as strong technical writing and documentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and analytical or statistical software tools, and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities.
