<p>Objective</p> <p>The Sr. Casting Simulation Engineer will be responsible for completing casting simulation and analysis to support internal as well as customer requests.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs pre and post analysis tasks necessary to complete a casting simulation </li><li>Creates reports documenting the results as well as recommendations from the analysis </li><li>Sets up and manages analysis to run on casting simulation computers </li><li>Performs CAD modeling to support the needs of pre-analysis tasks </li><li>Collaborate on simulation projects </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field </li><li>10 years' experience in CFD and/or FEA with expertise in software </li></ul> <p>7-10 years experience with 3 years engineering experience within Casting facility</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Flow3d or MAGMA preferred </li><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Nemak USA, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
