<p>As a Business Analyst, you'll support a federal Program Management Office in driving IT sustainment, transformation, and data governance activities. Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Elicit, define, and refine business and functional requirements aligned to stakeholder needs </li><li>Support documentation and traceability of business rules, change requests, and user stories across Agile sprints </li><li>Create PowerApps prototypes, dashboards, workflows, and integrations that automate business processes and enhance data accessibility </li><li>Analyze ERP/logistics-related performance and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making </li><li>Coordinate and facilitate IPTs, working groups, and transformation workstreams-serving as the strategic interface between program stakeholders and delivery teams </li><li>Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), audit preparation, and compliance documentation reviews </li><li>Track progress of key performance indicators and provide data-informed insights for continuous improvement </li><li>Lead or support stakeholder engagement activities, aligning requirements with business outcomes </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Active DoD Secret security clearance </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field </li><li>4-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or systems analysis </li><li>3+ years supporting external federal business analytics or IT sustainment projects </li><li>Experience supporting Agile teams and leading user story refinement/backlog grooming </li><li>Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) and business intelligence/reporting tools </li><li>Familiarity with ERP and/or logistics environments (Oracle EBS, GCSS-MC, or similar) </li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills </li><li>Ability to produce clear, concise documentation and visualizations for executive audiences </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $78,000 - 98,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
