<p>Your role</p> <p>Do you want to join an existing and dynamic Tax team that solves complex tax issues for the America's region?</p> <p>We're looking for a tax reporting specialist to:</p> <ul> <li>prepare quarterly IFRS federal, state, and foreign tax provisions, reconcile federal, state and foreign tax accounts and document and support deferred tax balances. </li><li>analyze financial data, calculate tax adjustments, and report accurate taxable income via the quarterly tax provision process. </li><li>collaborate with external Big 4 co-sourcing partners to review federal and foreign tax filings. </li><li>assist with responses to inquiries from the IRS in an accurate and timely manner by thorough analysis and communication. </li><li>contribute to the effective implementation of tax risk controls and improvements. </li><li>assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring transfer pricing policies, and analysis of intercompany transactions. </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.
