They will bridge the gap between marketing and product development, ensuring products resonate with the target audience and achieve their business goals. This role involves understanding the market, defining product positioning and messaging, leading the development of marketing materials, and driving product adoption.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ol> <li>Market Research & Analysis </li></ol> <ul> <li>Oversee market research, customer feedback and booking trends to understand customer behavior, competitive landscape, market trends, and product growth opportunities - steering and informing future product development. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Product Positioning & Messaging </li></ol> <ul> <li>Define positioning and messaging strategy for new products lines and verticals, as well as evaluated effectiveness of messaging for existing products, crafting detailed briefs to guide content teams. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Go-to-Market Strategy </li></ol> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the overall strategy for launching new products, including defining target audiences, setting launch timelines, and determining promotional activities. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Product Launch Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Oversee all aspects of a product launch, including planning, internal training, campaign execution, and post-launch analysis. </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Cross-Team Collaboration </li></ol> <ul> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with the product development, marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and success at all touchpoints. </li></ul> <ol start="6"> <li>Performance Measurement </li></ol> <ul> <li>Utilizing product performance data from revenue management and campaign teams, analyze the performance and adoption of new product launches, adjusting as needed and sharing key learnings with stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>5+ years product marketing, product strategy or other relevant marketing experience; preferably within in luxury goods/services, travel/hospitality space </li><li>Analytical experience with market and product research </li><li>Experience in managing people </li><li>Ability to work well in cross-functional groups, fostering positive relationships across departments, while being the champion for best-in-class marketing programs and activities </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with high comfort level in presenting to senior leadership to drive alignment and influence recommendations </li><li>Strong and articulate writing skills - with experience in writing strategic briefs for both creative teams and senior leadership teams </li><li>Knowledge in how to drive intelligent data analytics and reports </li></ul> <p>The Travel Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against race, color, creed, sex, gender, religion, marital status, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws or ordinances.</p> <p>The Travel Corporation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
