After transitioning to full-time, pay increases to $19.06/hr for 1st shift and $20.06/hr for 2nd shift. </li><li>Shifts run Monday-Friday: 1st shift is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, and 2nd shift is 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM. </li><li>Must be available for overtime, currently working up to 12-hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts while ensuring all components meet customer specifications through visual inspections and proper handling. Duties include reading production labels, following work instructions, loading/unloading parts, identifying and correcting defects, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety and 5S standards. The role also requires maintaining line speed and occasionally relieving team members during breaks.</p> <p>This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
