Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Salesforce practice.</p> <p>You Are</p> <p>A Veeva Technical - Vault CRM/Promomats Consultant with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients' requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you've got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.</p> <p>The Work</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee and lead the overall Veeva CRM transformation program across multiple regions, brands and business units</p> </li><li> <p>Define and manage program governance, workstreams and stakeholder communications</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with senior business and IT leaders to align CRM solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Drive platform governance, release planning and feature adoption across business units</p> </li><li> <p>Lead executive steering committee updates and cross-functional alignment sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing scope, risks and change requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize CRM solutions using the Veeva platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional client IT and business stakeholders to refine Veeva CRM solutions based on client needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide and mentor implementation teams, architects and technical leads.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct solution assessments and gap analyses.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and present materials required for workshops, technical deep dives and meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and serve as a subject matter expert on Veeva CRM Modules (e.g., Call Planning, Sample Management, Events Management, Medical Inquiries etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Understand integration strategies with other enterprise systems (e.g., Data Lake, MDM, SAP Concur etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise CRM solutions</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years in Veeva CRM</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 2 years of exposure to integrations, defining and executing data migrations.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management and system architecture</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If</p> <ul> <li> <p>Veeva certified (Veeva CRM Administrator, Vault Certifications)</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the basics of integrations, single sign, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge plus) is also preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>PMP or Agile certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
