<p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>Barge Design Solutions is currently seeking a Total Rewards Analyst. This role will contribute to the analysis and administration of Barge's compensation and benefits programs. This role will support the design and communication of pay structure, grades, compensation budgets, and financial benefits programs including the employee stock ownership and retirement programs. This position has an important role in collecting and analyzing data to ensure fair and equitable pay practices and benefits compliance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partners with retirement plan administrator to ensure a seamless employee experience </li><li>Supports required audits including 401(k) audit, discrimination testing, and other required compliance activities </li><li>Conducts job analysis to align internal job descriptions with external market data </li><li>Conducts analysis on pay practices and makes recommendations for changes </li><li>Develops custom reports and spreadsheets to support all compensation tasks including merit, annual bonus, compression, and promotion changes </li><li>Coordinates participation in market compensation and benefit surveys </li><li>Researches total rewards trends and benchmarking data, and analyzes data to develop recommendations for salary, benefits, and incentive programs </li><li>Collaborates with HRIS coordinator to ensure that benefit plan enrollment options and deductions are appropriately coded in ADP. Supports payroll problem-solving and year-end processes related to benefits </li><li>Audits invoices and confirms all benefits vendors are paid timely </li><li>Develop and maintain all total rewards-related process documentation </li><li>Supports the administration and auditing of Employee Stock Ownership program </li><li>Collaborates with HR team to develop communication and employee outreach and manager education related to total rewards </li><li>Supports the development and communication of job descriptions and job families </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience </li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, compensation related experience required </li><li>Advanced Excel experience and ability to utilize spreadsheets to analyze data </li><li>Advanced Power Point experience and ability to present data through compelling charts and graphics </li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to accurately and efficiently utilize data to make sound recommendations </li><li>Passion for creating a positive employee experience and great workplace culture </li></ul> <p>Why join us?</p> <p>Barge Design Solutions, Inc., is an engineering and architecture firm with diverse in-house multidisciplinary practice areas.
