No Positions Supervised Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <p>The department is especially interested in candidates with knowledge of the laws and regulations governing public purchasing, especially a p- card or equivalent program. Someone who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, has the ability to develop reports and perform analysis on card usage; A self-starter who is capable of performing job duties with minimal supervision. Someone who has the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to provide effective training for procurement card and e-procurement system users. Someone with the ability to interpret policies and act accordingly.</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Commercial card programs (P-Cards, Travel Cards) </li><li>Experience with e-procurement and catalogs </li><li>Knowledge of expense management systems (Oracle knowledge is desirable) </li><li>Two years + accounting experience </li><li>Knowledge of Data Analytics </li><li>Ability to deliver dynamic, interactive training in person or via zoom </li></ul> <p>Additional Position Information Benefits of Employment (Applies to full-time, non-police employees only)</p>
