<p>LHH is partnering with a high-growth, innovation-driven manufacturing organization to hire a VP of Operations to oversee plant operations and drive performance across a large-scale production environment. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, optimizing systems and processes, and delivering on key operational and financial targets.</p> <p>Our client offers a competitive benefits package (including 100% paid medical premiums) and a strong bonus structure.
