When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).</p> <p>Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.</p> <p>Attendance and Punctuality.</p> <p>Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.</p> <p>Maintains a clean and organized work area.</p> <p>Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.</p> <p>Reviews service repair orders and makes adjustments to assure accuracy.</p> <p>Ensures that labor charges are correct and complete, monitors punch times and makes sure that the appropriate parts are charged on the repair orders.</p> <p>Monitors that all repair order stories are complete, legible and sensible, whether for warranty claim filing or customer pay communication.</p> <p>Confirms that pricing is correct for service operations and parts charged to repair orders. Ensures that discount amounts are appropriate and taxes are correct.</p> <p>Closes customer, warranty and internal Repair Orders.</p> <p>Compiles reports to show statistics for technician hours, productivity and other items pertinent to the operation of service business.</p> <p>If assigned, assembles the daily service deposit, ensuring all documents are assembled and correct.</p> <p>Audits weekly technician and support personnel time cards for accuracy. Presents a time card report to management for approval.</p> <p>If assigned, tabulates technician payroll, taking into account special instructions.</p> <p>Contacts extended warranty vendors for approvals. Submits documents as required.</p> <p>Verifies that all Repair Orders have email addresses and that customer information is up to date.</p> <p>Works well in a team environment.
