<p>Associate Director, Contract Management</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Associate Director - Contract Management serves as a strategic business partner to our Business Development and Legal organizations. The Associate Director - Contract Management will support the development and execution of contracts with new and existing customers ensuring Catalent has strong, profitable contracts with business terms that align with guidelines and represent a win-win for Catalent and our customers. This role requires an individual who understands and has significant experience in contracting and negotiating.</p> <p>The role</p> <ul> <li>Cooperate with Business Development, Legal, and Commercial Operations for negotiation of Development Agreements, Commercial Supply Agreements and Licensing Agreements </li><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert on business terms during negotiation of Agreements, leading the discussion as appropriate </li><li>Provide support to Business Development team members on designing strategy and negotiating of new deals </li><li>Lead Agreement workflow and ensure that approval processes are executed according to procedures </li><li>In coordination with the Commercial Operations teams at the sites, collaborate for extensions of existing Agreements </li><li>Administer Agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements </li><li>Appropriately file and track Agreements to ensure that relevant provisions are captured and that contract obligations are fulfilled, for Development Agreements, Commercial Supply Agreements and Licensing Agreements </li><li>Mitigates risk through understanding of proposed terms and conditions and develops recommendations for contract language to meet business needs </li><li>Identify and communicate risk areas throughout the negotiation contract lifecycle and the renewal process </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>The candidate</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in business, commercial or scientific studies </li><li>5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical company or CDMO </li><li>Experience in commercial roles or contract negotiation </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>Capability to influence stakeholders </li><li>Fluent English (verbal and written) </li><li>Proactive attitude </li></ul> <p>Why You Should Join Catalent:</p> <ul> <li>Join a high growth and fast paced organization with a people focused culture </li><li>Global exposure, defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process </li><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K </li><li>19 days PTO & 8 paid holidays </li></ul> <p>Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
