<p>Job Title: Litigation Attorney</p> <p>Location: Portland, Oregon</p> <p>Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site/2 remote after probationary period</p> <p>Salary: $130,000-$150,000 annually (DOE) + performance bonus</p> <p>Billable Requirement: 1400 hours annually</p> <p>Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland-based law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role focuses on civil litigation matters primarily involving disputes over money and property, including title litigation, real estate contract disputes, and professional liability defense. The firm is seeking candidates with a strong background in general civil litigation. The firm offers a collaborative environment, manageable billable expectations, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced litigators.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution </li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery </li><li>Conduct legal research and develop case strategy </li><li>Take and defend depositions </li><li>Appear at hearings and trial proceedings </li><li>Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience </li><li>Experience handling disputes involving real estate, title issues, professional liability, and/or other general civil matters </li><li>Strong written and oral advocacy skills </li><li>Ability to independently manage cases while contributing to a team environment </li><li>Licensed and in good standing in Oregon </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
