<p>Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.</p> <p>Business Analytics Specialist</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel </li><li>Experience with Datacubes and BI reports </li></ul> <p>Position Description</p> <p>The Business Analytics Specialist - DA position will support the analytics & sales teams, primarily with data upload automation, data cube report maintenance & ad hoc requests.</p> <p>Key activities and responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Sell through data automation of upload into the BI environment </li><li>Creation and maintenance of multiple reports using the BI & DA Datacube </li><li>Ad Hoc Reporting - provide analytical support, data gathering, and management of multiple internal and external projects promptly </li></ul> <p>Sell Through Support:</p> <ul> <li>Point person on uploading weekly sell-through data into mFAS & BI </li><li>Ability to look at the current process and automate to reduce the time of task </li><li>Streamline the entire intake process of regional sell-thru from sales teams </li></ul> <p>Report Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage our current daily/weekly and monthly reports, leveraging data from BI and the DA Datacube environment </li><li>Needs to know how to manipulate raw data and create pivot tables within Excel </li><li>Can quickly learn the nuances of the data we leverage and be self-sufficient in task management </li></ul> <p>Ad Hoc Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple projects, both individual and team projects, and complete them within the stated timeframe </li><li>Ability to manage projects and work within cross-functional teams </li><li>Timely delivery of analysis </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel </li><li>Has worked in Datacubes and BI reports </li><li>Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects </li><li>Adapt willingly and quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities </li><li>Highly motivated, work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames </li><li>Prior experience utilizing different reporting systems such as SAP & BI </li><li>A bachelor's degree is required for this position </li><li>2+ years of work experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!</p> <p>The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
