<p>Functional Area: RC Maintenance</p> <p>Posting Locations: Memphis</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>The RCT Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of our commercial fleet business by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role combines the responsibilities of a Central RO Processor and Service Coordinator, emphasizing hands-on, field-based customer engagement and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient repair order processing, accurate invoicing, and outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Repair Order Management:</p> <ul> <li>Process new work requests from initiation through completion </li><li>Create and manage estimates; submit for approvals to internal stakeholders and customers </li><li>Review and approve the accuracy of repair orders (ROs) </li><li>Handle invoicing for internal and external customers, including third-party billing portals </li></ul> <p>Customer Experience & Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for commercial fleet customers </li><li>Provide timely updates and handle all customer inquiries and complaints </li><li>Foster and maintain strong, professional customer relationships </li></ul> <p>Vendor & Remote Location Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Process vendor repair orders and oversee work at unmanned locations </li><li>Manage paperwork and documentation for outside services. </li><li>Facilitate and track road call requests </li></ul> <p>Administrative Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform SharePoint approval processing </li><li>Coordinate credit and rebill transactions as needed </li><li>Enter new parts, process recalls, and warranty claims </li><li>Support campaign creation and rollout </li><li>Serve as backup for parts processing functions </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, service coordination, or a related field </li><li>Strong understanding of repair order processes and service operations </li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently in a field-based environment </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using SharePoint and third-party customer portals </li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associates or Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Office Environment</p> <p>#LI-AF1</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>Nearest Major Market: Memphis</p>
