Take this chance to make a meaningful impact with your career today!</p> <p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical and dental benefits </li><li>Short- and long-term disability </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>401(k) program </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Vendor discounts </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assure spiritual assessment of patients and families/caregivers in the hospice program and provide direct spiritual care as appropriate </li><li>Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care to meet spiritual needs </li><li>Serve as a liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors </li><li>Maintain records and documentation of services provided </li><li>Attend patient care conference and interdisciplinary group meetings </li><li>Provide funeral or memorial services for patients as requested </li><li>Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited theology or chaplaincy program (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree) </li><li>Experience working with death and dying, hospice experience preferred </li><li>Comfort in an interfaith setting </li><li>Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values </li><li>Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care </li><li>Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group. </li><li>Ability to network with community clergy and congregations. </li><li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order. </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Hospice Home Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, focuses on providing hospice care to local patients and their families.
