<p>Human Resources Manager JobID: 1775</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Non-Affiliated/Human Resources - Coordinator</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>7/16/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Central Office</p> <p>Date Available:</p> <p>09/01/2025</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>07/30/2025</p> <p>  Additional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>In accordance with the provisions of Article XIV-B of the contract between the Flemington-Raritan Education Association and the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education, the following position is available:</p> <p>Position:</p> <p>Human Resources Manager</p> <p>School Year:</p> <p>2025-2026</p> <p>Effective Dates:</p> <p>09/01/2025- 6/30/2026</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>This position performs job-related duties and those assigned by the Superintendent for the efficient organization, operation, and management of the Human Resources Department.</p> <p>Experience in Human Resources is required.</p> <p>Knowledge of Systems 3000, NJ Smart, and Frontline's Solution Suite (Absence Management, Frontline Central, Recruiting & Hiring, and Professional Growth)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the update and maintenance of HRIS database(s). </li><li>Develop the Personnel section of Board Agenda and resulting correspondence in relation to staff; i.e., notification of new employee status, forwarding contracts, employment forms, notification of extra-curricular payments/stipends, and change in salary, resignations and leaves of absence. Remain current with all State and Federal Laws. </li><li>Complete and/or oversee the employment process of new staff members from recruitment to onboarding. </li><li>Calculate and confirm employee salaries for annual budget projections and staff reappointments. </li><li>Complete the NJ SMART Staff Submissions and Yearly Certificated Staff Report /Non Certificated Staff Report on a timely basis ensuring that the district is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. </li><li>Update and maintain teacher and administrator evaluation systems. </li><li>Compile and coordinate information for yearly District surveys and State reports; i.e., Employee Intent and Compensated Absences. </li><li>Participation in and coordination of the investigation and handling of employment issues, including without limit disciplinary and affirmative action/EEO matters. </li><li>Oversee student teacher placements between colleges/universities and District Administrators. </li><li>Coordinate and update the district certification/mentoring process required by the state for teachers and administrators. </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000. Salary will be prorated for partial-year assignments.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Eligibility for benefits is based on length of service and full-time employment status. Full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental coverage.
