The person in this role will have the opportunity to split their time across the NYC and Stamford offices</p> <ul> <li> <p>Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of complex commercial contracts for WWE and other TKO businesses, including contracts relating to live event operations and logistics, sponsorships, outbound & inbound content distribution (television, PPV, digital), social media, consumer products, licensing, production, event operations & logistics, venues, marketing, consulting, services, talent, influencers, vendors, contractors, real property, releases and waivers.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide assistance with respect to M&A transactions, litigation, IP management, regulatory and other legal matters.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to internal business units and company leadership and executives.</p> </li><li> <p>Research, manage, and track existing contractual obligations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with business, finance, and compliance departments to assist with deal development.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide real-time analysis and advice on business and legal issues, including questions of contract interpretation and enforcement.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective contract-administration and document-management processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with and support other members of the UFC and Endeavor legal team and our international colleagues.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>You Have These:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4-6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department.</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding written and oral business communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong drafting and negotiating skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with commercial transactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility and effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
