During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language. </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service. </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Greets guests immediately. </li><li>Takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers. </li><li>Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption </li><li>Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines. </li><li>Collects payment and follows cash handling procedures. </li><li>Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies. </li><li>Washes glasses. </li><li>Maintains clean and sanitary bar area. </li><li>Resolves guest complaints. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Three or more years of related experience preferred. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Knowledge of beverage order processing systems. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk or hear; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel or crouch. </li><li>Ability to count. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment </li></ul>
