<p>This is a 10-week internship starting June 9 or 16 and is fully on-site at the San Jose, California or Delaware office.</p> <p>Department Overview</p> <p>This intern will reside in our front-end Customer Proposals team that supports our pre-contract technical install proposals phase. Front end team is comprised of application engineers, technical PMs and estimators that work closely together to move through our sales process and ultimately generate our install proposal outputs that go into contract. Our main objectives are to confirm technical feasibility of the project, conduct preliminary due diligence, support sales from a technical perspective, set up downstream execution for success, and protect the business by ensuring there are no gaps in the contract.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define the requirements for creating an AI FAQ tool </li><li>Conduct research to evaluate the most effective options and provide recommendations for tool implementation </li><li>Organize and define which documents and files should be included in the AI FAQ tool's database </li><li>Analyze and sift through large volumes of company knowledge and documentation, identifying ways to synthesize and present the information to the appropriate audience through AI tools </li><li>Engage with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams to understand their needs and preferences when interacting with the AI tool </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>BS or MS in electrical engineering </li><li>Knowledge of software development practices </li><li>Creative and problem-solving mindset </li></ul> <p>Visa Sponsorship</p> <p>Bloom Energy typically does not sponsor visas or hire individuals on CPT or OPT status. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.</p> <p>For internships, the hourly rate offered is based on the position as well as work location, the candidate's degree, major, and year in school.
