You will become an expert on RideCo's technology platform and data driven approach to transportation operations management. As a key client support resource for operations staff, you'll have an important role in shaping the performance and success of our clients' next-generation on-demand transportation services.</p> <p>Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Configure and monitor hardware and software for day-to-day service operations </li><li>Hardware installation including wiring, brackets, applications. </li><li>Diagnose failures and schedule repairs for Tablets, Mounting hardware, VoIP equipment and other hardware. </li><li>Mobile Device Management software </li><li>Telco and SIM card management through diagnosis, service and follow up </li><li>Track and manage hardware assets, and maintain their working order </li><li>Perform in-person training sessions with transit agency employees, drivers on hardware and software </li><li>Facilitate technical training content in various modes through the RideCo's Learning Management System </li><li>Collaborate with the project team, collect information regarding service issues for investigation and quick resolution, and to continuously seek data-driven solutions to improve the hardware/software platform </li><li>Assist Program Manager in other day to day activities and tasks </li><li>Continuously expand the collective knowledge base of the company through multi-disciplinary learning and knowledge sharing </li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of emerging technologies, pricing and alternative solutions </li><li>Other duties/projects as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College/University degree with 2+ years of experience </li><li>Exceptional customer service and support skills </li><li>Previous experience training on hardware and software </li><li>Previous experience wiring, soldering, and installing devices into vehicles </li><li>Technical knowledge of tablets, microphones, mobile applications </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Work effectively in a team or independent setting </li><li>Location: Philadelphia (on site) </li><li>MDM software experience is considered an asset </li><li>Current or past MECP (Mobile Electronic Certified Professional) Certificate is considered an asset </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $65K - $80K + performance based bonus + stock options </li><li>Work-Life Balance & Additional Perks: Flex-time work schedules, vacation time </li><li>Benefits Plan: Medical, dental, prescription, and more </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>http://www.rideco.com</p> <p>RideCo powers on-demand transit.
